My Partner and I went to Kos at the beginning of July 2005 and stopped in the Polina Hotel. It is a nice Hotel, owner is abit bored all day and doen't like his job, but when you get talking to him he is a nice fella!! Nice location with a pool up the road. Nice rooms, we got a big balconey! All the basics. Not good if you are wanting to stay in and cook though, there's not enough kitchen space! Good if you want to eat out all the time. The Centre of Kos Town is a 30 min walk way! Kos is Lively, excellent for shopping, food and cocktails!! We hired a quad bike for one day and toured the whole island! there are some really nice places to see and visit. Not enough to do though if you are going for more than a week. We got bored towards the last few days so a week is sufficent!

I recommend going to Kos especially if you like your drink, food and shopping!

Hello all, went to Kos in July 05, had a great holiday, Kos was lovely but if you're in Hotel Polina and young, get it changed now! He likes no noise at all! You feel like you're in boarding school, only go if your over a certain age, and wanting peace and quiet, perfect for you!
