Just returned from this hotel, excellent! good food, very clean hotel, very helpful and friendly staff and a good location (only 10 mins from Kos Town by taxi if you want good night life). We are definitely going back next year.

Top Local Tips for Kos
Bus to Paradise Beach If you catch the local bus to paradise beach, avoid the last bus that takes you back to Kos Town. It doesn't always run and so you could get stranded or face a 40 euro taxi fare back. Also you need to catch the out going bus by midday, as the next one doesn't leave til 15.00 as it breaks for lunch.
buses You can get return tickets for the bus into town from the hotel desk for 90cents each,if you dont fancy walking.
Getting around Psalidi is a great place to stay, away from Kos town centre and the noise, but near enough if you want a bit of life, you can visit many places on the Island by getting a bus from Kos town, and reasonably priced.

Yesterday we came back from Kos (hotel Platanista). We stayed there 7 days, 7 unforgettable days!
*I really recommend this hotel, it is a bit outside from Kos town. 15 min walk and you are in the city center.
*For swimming in the sea I recommend to rent a scooter and drive to therme or other part of Kos (FKK beach). Hotel has also two good swimming pools.
*Staff is great, animation team makes you every day to be in movement.
*Food is bombastic, I haven't seen so much delicious food on one place till yet. Everything has grate taste and service is also grate (there are two really nice and friendly waiters Maria and Nassos).
I RECOMEND THIS HOTEL! We'll go back soon ;)
