Fantastic lovely hotel, great holiday!

This was the most lovely hotel we have ever been to on a package holiday!The hotel has a wonderfully large lobby with sumptious large white sofas all the way down it from the adults only bar to the main bar. They have an adult only pool too with a jaquizi and pool bar which was a delight but not as quirky and (The film Cocktail) like as the beach bar which served gret slush puppy vodkas! All the bars are really nice with friendly hardworking staff but nothing could beat the food in the restaurants. Everything you could want from Pizza's, tepanyaki and pancakes to traditional greek food and every type of egg you could want for breakfast. I would highly reccomend the greek taverna for lunch and the waiter service chinese restaurant where the food is cooked as you menu order for dinner, and to top it all this was all included in the AI service as was the mini bar in the rooms. I would reccomed getting a room away from the front of the building as there is a lot of coming and going of vans etc in the night and the wind in howling even when there doesn't appear to be any wind outside, this was really only the down point of the rooms though, they were lovely and clean with hand paited pictures painted directly on to the walls! You do have to get used to Greek plumbing in the bathroom of course! We had a nice big balcony and comfy beds, a TV, which we never watched as having too much fun, and the mini bar ofcourse. The staff and that's all of them especially the entertainment group work tire;essly to ensure you have a great time and although the evening ent is cheesy, it's a great laugh as well. The beach is shingly but there is loads to do, free canooing and pedaloes but the more extreme water sports such as ringoing (well worth it) are quite expensive! The walk in to Kardamena takes about 45 mins but it is a nice walk and there is free bus from the hotel or alternatively you can hire a bike from opposite the hotel fo a whole day for about 4 euros, this is much fun. At the same hire place you can hire quod bikes and mopeds for 25 euros a day but you must have a driving license. All in all, the hotel was beautiful, clean and catered for the lively and quiet as it is big enough to have different areas, you can take your kids as there's lots to do for them, we dont have children but the ones there seemed to love the min club etc, there are salt water pools which are just lush and a big pool with flumes for adults and children again all free and we had a fantastic time! I reccomend it highly, and Marina, the receptionist is a lovely girl, if you read this I'm sorry I got upset on the last night, it was not your fault the use of a shower before we left was not in a hotel room but in a part of the hotel bathroom which was as we found out private enough and just fine! If you go here, enjoy it I can't see a reason why you wouldn't and with any luck, we will be back. Thanks for a great holiday Mitsis Norida!

Local Bars The local nightlife is amazing. Although we were only on a romantic getaway so therefore only visited the local clubs/bars twice we could see they had much to offer. I just wish I'd of visited there ten years ago!
