I have just returned home from a brilliant 2 week holiday with a female friend and my 15 year old daughter. The staff and management were excellent and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay more comfortable. The hotel is in a good location and situated in a safe and friendly environment. An excellent place for a family to relax.

Have just returned from a wonderful holiday. The staff could not have been more helpful or caring.
A wonderful family run hotel and I would recommend the hotel to any of my family and friends and would certainly return there for another holiday

This was the best holiday I have ever been on; I went in august 2005 and will defiantly go back next year! Yes I agree that the rooms are a bit basic but you don't travel to the other side of the world to sit on your backside in your room. The rest of the hotel is gorgeous and the staff is the best in the world! I would defiantly recommend this hotel to everybody. It is also set in a fantastic location near everything you need but it's out of the way of any noise

Please, please don't book this dreadful, unclean, unsafe poor excuse for a family hotel. We visited the Niriides Beach Hotel June 2005 and recently got back. The hotel rooms were filthy, the bathroom was covered in limescale, had an infestation of insects, sheets covered stains, toilet seat hanging off, kitchen and appliances were very dirty and looked is if they hadn't been cleaned ever!! We had three young children with us and to be honest i wouldn't put a dog in there. If you have booked this hotel i would advise you to change it as soon as you can, we would never visit this s*** hole again.

Well, was my first trip abroad on holiday, found this hotel when we booked last minute, all I can say is basic, but clean, the staff are great, nothing to much trouble,
great taverna opposite, the Brothers, food was something else! Great for Kos town, 5 euro taxi or a 45 min walk,
shopping was good, a must is a meal in the square at the top of the shopping lane, would go back to this hotel again!

Top Local Tips for Kos

Getting around The place is fairly flat and there are plenty of shops to hire bikes. Cycle path all allong the beach front . Very handy getting in and out of town. No problem leaving the bikes anywhere with just a wheel lock.

Hire Bikes Hire bikes to get around or bus into Kos Town only 1 Euro each way. Try Wolves Nest for a meal, left at Dolphin island, then 100 meteres on right hand side.
