The staff and everybody there working were great people, also the rooms were clean and there was air conditioning! We loved the ANIMATION TEAM, ARTHUR, LADI, RINGO, MONIKA.

This is the worst hotel

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are the rudest people I have ever met.The services is non existant. The public spaces have no air con, our room was shabby. There were 900 people in this hotel. I think that they had staff to accomodate half that amount.The only positive is the hotel was clean and looked nice. This should not be a 4* hotel at all.
