Top Local Tips for Kos
Food Go to the Blue Lagoon restaurant on the beach front for the best food in Kos and you can have a lounger from them and spend a day at the beach
Caravan taverna 52 Amerikis Str. Hassan, the owner will treat you like his family - good food, excellent company and he won't let you pay until he has given you a drink
No problems Bus picks you up and drops you off at the front of the hotel. At 1 euro each way this is a bonus. For the more adventurous it is only a 15 minute walk into Kos and an easy bus ride back.

Don't expect much from a 3* hotel. The rooms are small, so are the bathrooms and balconies. The greens surrounding the hotel look miserable (not to say pathetic). I found the meals horrible. No choice for breakfast, cold and recycled waste for dinner. Repulsive indeed.
The service is very friendly, English and German speaking. I truly believe that they'll do their best to assist you, that's Athina's strong point.
