I've just returned from Lassi where I stayed at the Mediterranee. I found the hotel accommodation to be extremely dated and definitely not a 4* that the hotel was rated at. The best meal of the day would have to have been the breakfast. The main dinner was just about edible. I booked as half board, under the impression that the local wines and beers would be included in the price of the holiday. I was very wrong. Also you had to pay for water ( a small bottle was 60 cents, an extortionate amount of money I must say !!). Overall, I was not impressed with the standard of the hotel and would advise anyone staying there to check out the pictures before you go.

Hotel staff
Having just returned from the Mediterran after a fantastic relaxing 7 night stay. Staff very friendly, hotel very clean, bed linen and towels fresh everyday. We felt that a little more entertainment in the Hotel during the evenings would have completed an excellent holiday. Not recommended for those looking for exciting night life.

I would just like to say thank you for another wonderful holiday at your hotel. We have been going to Kefalonia for nearly 20 years now and the great thing about your Hotel is your staff who make everone feel so welcome. The management team should feel very proud of everyone of there staff we will be back.

Perfect!
Hotel Mediterranee is perfect, new swimming pool and by the beach! It’s perfect! Not so good was the tennis resort it's was not good. It was old and you cannot play. The dinner was perfect much assortment! And the breakfast was also perfect! Lovely Greek personal. And it is in Lassi. You don't have to walk to go to Lassi and Orgostoli is nearby. You must go specially in Lassi to the bar, So Simple. In the evening, it was wonderful! In 1 word: PERFECT! You must to go to Kefalonia it is not so touristy at all. But go not in the Summer Holiday then is very full.

A Good break
Despite a few negative comments from others (1980's MFI furniture etc) we stayed for 7 days. Hotel well run, food good, nice location, and very clean. Would have no hesitation in staying there again.... we were completely satisfied with every aspect of our stay.
