The Ionian Plaza is by far one of the cleanest and hospitable hotels I have experienced. If you are looking to be right in the center of Kefalonian life, Ionian Plaza is the place to stay right on the center square of the capital Argostoli. The hotel looks and feels brand new and the staff is always accessible.

We stayed twice at the Ionian Palace Hortel in the month of September whilst travelling int he Ionian Islands. We liked it so much after our first visit that we were happy to check in later in the month. Both rooms that we had were fine - overlooking the square. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were absolutely charming. On our last day when we were just biding time before going to the airport they were kindly let us stay in our room till mid-afternoon. A lovely hotel, lovely people and we would highly recommend i Also it has a great position in the main square
