This was my 3rd time at the Kephalonia Palace (but 4th time to Kephlonia) and this was my best visit so far. The staff are friendly and very helpful, rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels. the food was as usual fantastic, and would suit everybody. The restaurant Manager has a fantastic rapport with all the guests and the Thompson holiday rep (Chris)was so good with all the residents and nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly be booking again for next year. The Onnassis trip is well worth the money and the Sunshine cruise was the top of the bill for me. Seeing the dolphins on the glass bottom boat, beach bar-b-q and meeting some fantastic people made it all for me. If you are a lone traveller - go for it, you are well looked after at the Palace and safe. The 7km Xi clear water beach is a sunbathers dream (and those who like to walk), watersports, the beach bar caters for everybody and the pool/bar, well, what can I say, the pool bar serves some great food too. Our stay at the Cephalonia Palace Hotel was a great one. The food is great and the staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and the pool area is amazing. There are activities for all ages.

We had a wonderful holiday in August 2005. It was our second visit to this hotel and was even better than the first time. We cannot fault the hotel in any way - the staff is marvellous and really make us feel welcome. We can't wait to visit again later this summer.

How great is the hotel!

Well what can i say. Our stay at the hotel was brilliant. The food was lovely and so was the rooms, the beds were comfortable and everything you needed was there. The staff are very friendly and always make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. The bar staff are lovely, they come and talk to you, they do entertainment themselves.eg. the greek dancing, that you cannot miss if you go there. Overall, I am very pleased that my mum and dad booked the holiday there as it will be a 2 weeks I will never forget!
