Top Local Tips for Kalimnos

Dive the warm waters of Aegean I had 4 dives here, and enjoyed them. The water was 25 degrees, the dive group was small, so it was possible to do lazy dives. We dived at several small wrecks, swam into caverns, saw lobster, octopus, morays. Altough the underwater life isn't that spectacular, the caverns and wrecks made the dives exciting. From my hotel it was a short transfer to the harbour and we needed only short boat trips for dive sites, so we were able to arrive back to the hotel at 2-3 PM, and I had plenty of time to go somewhere in the afternoon. I can recommend Hotel Elies diving center, because they offer trips for small groups.
