I went to Ios with 20 of my friends this summer. We're all 18 and had been looking forward to two weeks in Ios, partying and staying at Sunrise, which we had heard were the best place to be staying. What a dissapointment! First of all, the staff were extremely unproffesional. Since we only got one key per room, we sometimes had to go to the reception to borrow the spare-key if our roommate wasn't around. The receptionist is suppost to check with our passports which one of us is staying in the different rooms, but they never did! Instead, they just handed out keys here and there. This made us feel like they just did whatever they felt like, and what a shock when the first night we found out the reception closed at 2! I mean, someone's at least has to be there to make sure everythings all right at all times, but no! All the staff went home to their houses every night, and came again around 7 og 8 next morning..
