Good location, terrible facilities and service

This is the worst hotel experience I have had in my travels in Greece. The location is fine (Mylopotas beach is excellent) and the garden is cute, but the rooms are small and smelly, the plumbing did not work, there were pest droppings in the corridor, and the staff terribly unresponsive.
