Freezing cold!

It was snowing outside and they turned the heating off after midnight and refused to help us when we called. It was so cold we couldn't sleep (they have sheets and a thin blanket. In the morning, they pretended they couldn't understand English when we complained. The walls are vey thin, you can hear everything, especially when a number of mobile alarms went off in the mornong and a strange fire alarm type noise that no one seemed able to explain. Awful experience- almost ruined my weekend. We decamped to a much much nicer hotel in the morning.
