Great Value All Inclusive

Me my wife and 2 children (boys 11 & 12) spent a really relaxing & fun week at this hotel.Decent food with enough variety to please everyone.The on site Chinese restaurant and Taverna provide a change from the buffet and served excellent food.Staff were helpful and friendly.Plenty of swimming pools and a lovely little beach with AI beach bar.Dress code for men for the evening meal is supposed to be long trousers which is stupid as the weather was sticky and smart jean type shorts are what i wore.I dont know why people think standards deteriate because we dont all dress like middle aged golfers.I was on holiday and although I got pulled up for it they did not stop me going in to eat.Service was very good,room was good.All in All would totally recommend this hotel 3 to 4 star tops but you have everything you need for a good hotel based beach holiday.My 11 year old had tears running down his face on the morning of departure he was so upset to be leaving.We would have no hesitation about booking a return to Rinela.

After 4 years in succession of holidays the downfall of standards is regretable. This hotel used to be fantastic in style as well as friendly and accomodating. The dress code has been abandoned for dining, the 'no Reservation of sun beds and unbrellers' is no longer adherred too. The staff remain as wonderful as ever, but seem to have lack of reserve to try to enforce the standards. One major domo was quoted to have said that the new customers(eastern europeans) rule! I would also say that the reception staff are unaware of those of us that are constant visitors and so not very flexible. It is with much regret that we wil not be returning next June.

Relaxing Holiday

This was our first all inclusive holiday. My adult daughter and I found it to be a very relaxing environment, beautiful weather. We loved the Chinese restaurant but you need to book early in the morning. We found that it attracted good clientele with very well behaved children. Entertainment crew worked extremely hard as did the waiting and cleaning staff.

Went last year and LOVED it so couldn't wait to go back with friends... paid extra for VIP room, which was lovely apart from the third bed being a campbed with inch thick mattress. Oh and the air conditioning unit being above my head and pouring water into the bed, marble floors (great with 2 young boys) and my head. Complained that evening and was told nothing they could do, and no rooms to move to. Next morning were referred to manager who instructed housekeeper to put proper mattress on camp bed (bear in mind this is 5 star hotel!) and to move furniture (not done) and that air con would be fixed. we were happy with this as loved the hotel in general and it appeared good service. However upon going to bed that night air con again giving me a shower! AND the room hadn't been moved,so we ended up doing this at 01.30! Next morning receptionist told us it was not possible to change rooms and turned their back on us. Halfway through the holiday we were in my room with four naked boys (3,4,6 & 7) and me in bikini at 2pm with friend outside front door when a man in no uniform walked in, didn't acknowledge us looked at the kids and grunted before walking out. When we spoek to the receptionist we were told it was our fault for having the door open! We also had problems with roomservice... VIP all inclusive.... we tried to order 5 hot chocolates... 3 for kids and one for each of the adults (quoting both our room numbers) and were told no! We could have three this order and the other 2 next time! Oh and the kids club left a child with me... WHO WASN'T MINE! AND DIDN'T KNOW ME! We attmepted to make an appointment with the manager repeatedley during the last week (yes you have to make an appointment) and he wouldn't see us. I therefore asked for head office address and was told by the receptionists that they didn't have it.... having given it to another customer in front of us! Luckily I have found it now home and have spoken to a very helpful memeber of staff who is now dealing with our concerns. I am not one to complain.... and the hotel is lovely, restaurants great, Georgiios at the pool bar is as wonderful as last year. The receptionists will lie to your face, overcharge without blinking (our accomodation was paid for and showed this on our voucher... which they lost... and were going to kick us out a night early unless we paid again. Health and safety is non-existent with broken glass being left for days on floors around complex. We didn't leave our children alone once however they were put at risk by the hotel... indeed my four year old was allowed out of the children's restaurant alone (after being told the kids would be brought to our table... kids restaurant is offshoot of main area... hence the ONLY reason they were out of our sight) and was distraught when he finally found us.... again the staff were simply not interested. Would I go back to Rinella.... NOT ON YOUR NELLY MR MITSIS!

Relaxation and Pleasure

Fantastic holiday. April was a good time to go - not too busy and weather was pretty good. Hotel was very good and staff were very friendly. Rooms were not up to five star standard but still ok for Greece. The entertainment staff were wonderful and worked very hard especially Dali and Lion. The food was good especially the breakfast which was excellent. Perfect holiday for relaxing and sun worshipping. Can't wait to go back it was absolutely brilliant.

The resort was so good I can wait to go back! I met some amazing people there as there is people of all ages, the food was good, as was their entertainment and I really had so much fun I was upset to leave!!!!!!!

I don’t no what every1 is talking about with there negative comments. Me and my friend loved the place. The animation team were always friendly and we made a few friends from the team that we still talk to. The food was great, can get a bit repetitive but that’s what you get from a package holiday. The town was quiet and pleasant but if you wanted nightlife, partying you jus travel 2 the next town which is only about 10 euros. To be fair I think its great and will be going back next year... I suggest it to any1 because it suits all age groups there’s things 4 eery1 :D :D :D

I thought this hotel and resort was very good and don’t know what everyone is complaining about! Maybe they went earlier on when the hotel wasn’t as good, I don’t know, but when I went it was everything you could want. The food was good...admittedly a bit samey but still good, rooms were very nice, posh and cleaned thoroughly daily, and I wasn’t upgraded. The animation team were all extremely kind and friendly and happy to help, talk and answer any questions. The main reception staff were ok but not that great as one was always Mardy. But overall there isn’t really much you can complain about considering the excellent holiday experience....don’t go by other people...judge it yourself.

On the whole staff very good. Animation team could do with improvement, sad lack of safety on the beach with regard to what flags to fly. When it rains the main steps from hotel to the grounds and rooms becomes a waterfall, and inside the main hotel water drips down stairways, in both main bars down the walls of restaurant and from the ceiling in various places

Thoroughly enjoyed the holiday

First time all inclusive and it was a good experience. Probably not 5 star but good for Greece. As Greece can be basic the travel companies should advise their clients when booking. Got to hotel late, we were shown to room, cases were taken for us and a platter and drinks were provided for us up at the restaurant. Some all inclusives in other countries do supply ice lollies whereas here it was only ice cream and also once you had your evening meal their were no snacks provided, so snacks for the children from the local supermarket advisable. Upgraded room once we had booked and would recommend that, you can order breakfast in room but they only supply drinks for room service no food. Food was plentiful and well presented with a fairly good choice. Snacks a little repetitive at the pool bar. Fish, meat and lots of vegetable dishes. Pancakes were wonderful always a queue for them. Hotel was clean, but could have done with more toilets around the complex. Restaurant was too hot and busy, and at certain times queuing to eat. Restaurant staff quite stern but put that down to being very busy and of course how they were treated by the guests. Hotel rules say not to leave your towels on the sunbeds but you don't stand a chance of getting any sunbeds at hotel or beach if you didn't, and everybody did it. Entertainment was good, the Animation Team worked very hard and are very funny throughtout the day and evening. Thoroughly enjoyed the holiday, would book again, made some good friends.
