We have visited this hotel twice a year for the past 6 six years. Some may say "how sad" but then when you find an hotel, resort, food and comfort in one place why change. All the brochures tell of steps and winding paths so dont be suprised if they are there, its not for people with breathing problems or bad knees. The room and general areas are clean and bright, the staff are helpful and polite. The food is all good with the resaurant overlooking Mirabella Bay. The town is only a short walk away with loads of shops and bars. Try the Obelix Bistro at the other end of town if you are missing your UK food, run by a dutch couple but their steak and chips are great. A good holiday is not all about the hotel.....its the complete package....the Miramare is a good clean well located holiday and is a part of the reason I return each year.
