We had a really nice time at the hotel. Nice people - especially at the front desk. really helpful and easy going. Room very clean and very good panoramic view. Our flight for Israel was in the early morning so we got a good breakfast even though the restaurant was closed. Very nice service and good location to go around the area. Go to Nikolaos and Heraklio. Many shores around and sports facilities. Will go back next year.

Disappointed in lack of air con in public areas, charging for room air con & fridges, average food, plastic glasses & paper cups for drinks, marathon hike up several flights of stairs to get to all rooms outwith the main hotel block. Cleanliess was fine, but no entertainment - not a family hotel.

Great rooms and pleasent service. The collective was very friendly and helpful. The food was really deliciuos. Environment - cosy and clear. The best remembrances about Mediterraneo.
