A clean hotel that should not be rated more than 3 star, no waiter service, plastic tumblers in bar in the evening, limited choice of food also repetitive, no entertainment etc.

Top Local Tips for Crete
Samaria or Imbros If you are not used to long walks, climbing or doing sports, then it's best for you to visite the Imbros instead of the Samaria. it is just as beautifull, but it's a less long and exhousting walk. There is also more shade. But if you want to visite the Samaria anyway than it's best to do so in the spring.
