Very good holiday however...

My partner and i really enjoyed our holiday in Crete whilst staying at this hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. We were All Inclusive and found that we had access to the bar from 11am-11pm and access to all meals. However, choice of food was very sparse and more catered towards German and Dutch tastes. (On one or two occassions we only ate salad as the other foods looked disgusting) Other downsides to the hotel were having to pay 2 Euros to have a bed beside the pool and 2.50 Euros to pay for a sunbed on the beach. Besides this, we had a very good holiday but probably wouldnt go to this hotel again.

old Hersonnisos In Old hersonnisos grab an early meal (7pm) in the main quarter. They block off the roads and have Cretian dancing and music.

'Cheers' Restaurant Few minutes walk from Evelyn Beach Hotel. As food was so poor at our hotel we went here. Open air restaurant. Great atmosphere, great food, fantastic service. Reasonably priced. Could not fault this restaurant. If i was Self-Catering i'd probably have eaten there almost every night!
