If you want luxury, don't go here. If you want a cozy hotel you will find it here. Clean rooms with air conditioning. very friendly staff who will do anything to give you a pleasant stay. For the moment they have only breakfast, but in the area you find good restaurants and if you want you can take your meals and eat them at the hotel. A clean swimmingpool and a little playground for children. The center of Gouves is 5 min. from the hotel. It's an exellent place to stay with children too. We had a beautifull time over here. The beach is 10 min. away from the hotel.

Never book a holiday with future travel. Couldn't get anywhere in Crete and unobtainable from home. Don't return phone calls. Not all inclusive. Maria lovely girl and Nicos was pleasant too. Not their fault. Don't use this company

What can we say about this "lovely" inclusive hotel. Well it's certainly not all inclusive. yes, the beer was free, and the brandy and ouzo, but the rest, you pay for. The food was like a prison camp, luke warm. Our special memory was the choice between roadkill and deep fried flipflop.

The reps have certainly given up with this hotel, no entertainment at all. All the TV channels were in German. The swimming pool is dirty and dangerous, I managed to loose half the skin off my big toe on the 2nd day thanks to a cracked tile on the wall of the swimming pool.

The staff (bar Mike) were surly and uninterested, and most of the guests were by the end banding together to go to the local tavernas who were making a killing out of us. Never again will we go to Crete, or book a holiday because it was cheap.

Avoid this place like the plague.

hi I would just like to say that I stopped at hotel Aderi and it was very good the pool is very nice people are always round it sunbathing or having a drink at the pool bar I spent most of my time at the bar and round the pool . The rooms are nice and the hotel its self isn't bad either I always enjoyed the night times as there were some good people on behind the bar e.g. ( MANOS-George and Vang) they're a right laugh always get every one going. I met allot of very nice people there and it was a shame to go home in some ways! N e way thank you --ANDY OV GRIMSBY--

This is not what I was expecting from an all inclusive holiday. Unlimited local drinks is limited to local beer, wine, ouzo and brandy. What a con! Usually that should include yourlocally produced vodka, whisky etc, but not here. Also, the snacks are no where to be seen as with the entertainment! Food was only ever served luke warm and theres nothing suitable for kids. I would not go back.

I can only agree with the previous reviewer and reiterate what she states. This was the cheapest holiday that we have ever had. The all-inclusive drinks did not include spirits, but we were quite happy drinking the beer. We enjoyed the food. There were always lovely salads with feta cheese, and the greek hot dishes were lovely. I cam recommend the stuffed tomatoes and peppers, and the stifado (beef caserole cooked with wine) was delicious, as were the homemade burgers and meat balls. All of the meats were cooked until tender. I was fed up by the other guests moaning, and one person even demanded that the rep get some chicken nuggets for thier daughter! Eventually we cut ourselves off from the moaners who were making themselves miserable, along with everyone they were talking to. Hopefully they will go to Blackpool next year where they can eat chicken nuggets to their hearts content! The road outside the hotel was busy, but we could not hear the traffic from our room. The cats were not a nuisance, and were very friendly. The buses were easy and clean to use, and I would recommend them to anyone who would like to visit the resorts nearby. All in all, a very good base at a reasonable price.

Travelled with Travel City Direct. Very reasonable price. Good flights and transfers via taxi. Booked two rooms -one was massive with huge balcony overlooking pool. Rooms clean included hairdryer TV and fridge. Very efficient air con for small extra charge. Safe in room for small charge.Towels changed three times and bed linen clean and fresh. Bathroom clean no shower curtain but this is not uncommon in Greece. We are healthy eaters and like to sample foreign food and thoroughly enjoyed the meals. A few cats roamed the restaurant outside but weren't a nuisance and the children loved them. Restaurant is cat free inside. Free drinks consisted of soft drinks, good beer, local spirits brandy ouzo coffee tea hot chocolate. Snacks were very sparse just cake mid afternoon. Pool was a fair size but needed cleaning around the edges and the diving board disappeared halfway through our stay. However we still enjoyed our swimming sessions. Poolside bar was open but the bar adjacent to the restaurant was closed. TV in public area was working and a pleasant area to enjoy a drink. Pool table was 2 Euros a game this proved quite expensive as the children wanted to play all the time. Table tennis was free Sunloungers around pool plentiful with umbrellas in a pleasant setting. Hotel is set on a very busy road but once safely across 15 minutes walk to lovely beaches and five minutes to supermarket shops restaurants etc. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Very little entertainment when we were there just one Karoke night which no-one was interested in but we were happy sitting around the pool bar listening to music. Some guests were moaning but others like us were happy and the children made friends and enjoyed themselves. This is a 3 star hotel and we got what we expected for the money we paid and enjoyed our holiday here very much indeed.

This hotel does nothing for the reputation of crete its self.It has put me off ever coming to Crete again. My wife, 4yrs old daughter and myself only arrived back from there this morning. So glad to be back. The staff made the place depressing. We went all inclusive but ate out. Very limited choice of their so called a la carte menu.Non exsistent was lush gardens, childrens playroom, snackbar, cafe,ENTERTAINMENT NON WHAT SO EVER(sorry!a bit of music was played at side of pool area).First night we was there we demanded to be moved as our room they shoved us in stunk of raw sewage. Was moved to two bed room had makeshift bed for daughter very basic although wasn't unclean just the odd hundred ants or so, and no clean bed change all week.Lead to believe air con was included.Mid week my wife was approached by big bully nicos and friends demanding 40euros or we out in morning (very intimadating twat)rep or manager didnt exist! Nothing for 4yrs old daughter unsafe round pool area.Had to pay for icecreams because the one they offered free wasnt always available surprise!surprise!drink choice incl was 1 type of their beer, 1 type of their white wine, only spirit was Brandy or Ouzo. Vodka whisky lager etc you had to pay for.Soft drinks weren't to bad if machine was working.Big problem with stray cats especially in resturant area.I didn't speak to a single guest that didnt have a problem with the hotel. We met some great families and people staying there Donna,Dawn,Chris,Sarah and family;Heidi,Kilea and family. not forgetting Graham and kids.We all had to take it on upon ourselves to make the most of a bad deal. Thankyou for making our holiday more bearable. To any unfortunate future guests already booked and reading this.Hop on a bus and head to star beach in Hersonissos bus stop 24. Where you will get the holiday you thought you booked. GOODLUCK!
