The first thing you have to appreciate is that your in Crete not Las Vegas remember this and every thing else falls into place. There is always fresh CRETAN cuisine on the menu if you want bacon, eggs and chips maybe a weekend in Blackpool would be a better choice for you. The staff were all friendly the rooms always clean and the location was as good as it gets not too far from the centre or beach with some good Tavernas close by. As a seasoned traveller, this place comes recommended.
Boring food and busy road

The hotel is clean rooms are ok food could be a lot better breakfast is dreadful. To get to the beach you have to cross a busy road and if you have children in pushchairs, it is almost impossible. The pool is lovely. Ricky the animation guy is very funny and works very hard to keep everyone entertained and great with children. when you book in be careful they don't send you to room 101 the dungeon as we all named it-complain to get moved as they seemed to do this to all the guests and you have to pay for air conditioning, which is a necessity as it is very hot. Apart from that we had a great holiday but we wouldn't go back there.

The bus service We managed to go to Hersonissos and Agio Nicholas (on different days) and found the bus service to be great and cheap to get around the island on.
MAIN ROAD THERE ARE GOOD TRANSPORT LINKS LOCALLY BUT THE HOTEL IS ON A MAIN ROAD WHICH IS QUITE DANGEROUS TO CROSSit is very hot june, july and august so avoid if you donot like etreme temperatures
