My wife and I have just returned from 14 days at the Capsis Beach Resort Hotel which is advertised as 5* Luxury, while the main hotel is very grand and the grounds spectacular the accomodation we occupied was worth no more than 3*. We were on a all inclusive package but this is the 1st all inclusive holiday we have been on that is not r not all inclusive you are limited to certain bars, restaurants,drinks,snacks etc you can only use 1 beach 1 pool unless you are prepared to pay for sunbeds etc. However a holiday is what you make it and we set about enjoying ourselves chilling out on the beach and by the pool. On our 2nd week we were invaded by a convention who took over the hotel completly so much so that we and others were made to feel like 2nd class citizens. Moved from the main restaurant into a pokey restaurant were their was no facilities for keeping the food warm and the 1 and only bar we were allowed to use was available but the lounge area was taken over for an exhibition area (3 days) the pool taken over (1 day) beach taken over (1 day) all this would not have been to much of a problem if any of the managment had taken time to communicate with guests but no nothing. All in all we were very disappointed and would not return or recommend this hotel to any of our friends.
