We booked this all inclusive holiday and that is what it was! Great location, friendly staff, food good, entertainment staff good, bar staff very good. Vasilie was very friendly, in his Cretan style, and helpful. We would go again!

IT WAS THE WORST PLACE WE EVER STAYED. THE STAFF WERE VERY RUDE AND CARELESS, THE FOOD WAS VERY BAD AND THE HOTMEALS WERE COLD.THE ROOMS SMELLED AND VERY SMALL.

My partner and I loved every moment, the food was great with lots of choice catering for all. The staff could not have been friendly and chatty, the anmation team were fantastic espeially Mr Bob and Darli. Facilties were great something for everyone. Room was great, we stayed in room 358 which was roomey and has great views of the swimming pools and sea. As well as, the harbour area. If you choose to go, which I would highly recommend then watch out for the owner joining in on the Greek night on Sundays, he really is a class act and had me in rolling around in laughter. If I had to find a fault, which is really hard to do,it would be having only the one toilet facilty to which you have to walk down to from the pool area. ?But saying that the toilets are all flushable, which was great as you dont have toplace toilet paper in a bin like a lot of geek toilets so i guess that reallywas a plus to. I high recommend a vistit to this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and go out of there way to meet all your needs.

Having travelled around the world,this holiday experience is the worst we have ever encountered. The all inclusive package is very poor and most of the staff have a dislike for the British which they deny. After this experience I would throughly check out a resort before booking.

Myself and my boyfriend had booked this holiday months in advance and was really looking forward to it...and the moment we got there we were let down!! the reception staff were unhelpful, and when we got taken to our room we got given a hamster cage, it was tiny! Literally two beds and no walking space. we asked for a bigger room and the receptionist told us there was none available. Later that evening we complained and got given a slightly bigger room. we were going to be going to room 606 - (which we later found out was huge by some people we met)but we got given room 21 but was too small so then got room 22. the room we did get (22) we got woken up every morning at 7.30 by noisy cleaners outside, as our room was right were ppl woud sit outside and wait to get picked up! Another thing that let us down was the breakfast, it was awfull, we ended up going to a local taverna and buying our own. the lunch and dinner was lovely at the hotel though. that was one of the plus piont about the hotel! Another thing we found was that there wasn't many English holiday makers,and there wasn't many young couples we could talk to. The animation team were excellent though. really friendly! the swimming pool was salt water which was abit gross but the sea was right opposite. i think the fact that we had bad weather at the begining of the holiday didnt make us have great opinions of this hotel. this is was because there is nothing to do here if the weather is bad. we ended up bored so we went out finding things to do. last year we spend all day at our hotel in turkey hoping to do the same here but we spent most our time out and about as there wasnt anything to do there - if no sun. This hotel is great for older couples who want a simple and basic holiday, not really great for young groups who want an energetic and entertained holiday.

Friendliest staff possible.

I booked this holiday as I needed a much needed break; I absolutely loved it and practically cried all the way home. I certainly sulked!! The staff at the hotel were lovely. There was a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The bar staff and waiters and waitresses were very pleasant and there was always service with a smile. Even though it was all inclusive our plates were cleared away as soon as we were done so there were never any bugs or animals hanging around. There were very generous measures in the bar - definately a lot stronger than you would get in an english bar. The food was delicious and there was always such a variety it would suit anyone, no matter how fussy. The beach was literally just outside the hotel, which was lovely. Could spend the day at the beach but still use the hotels facilities. The animation team (entertainers) were fantastic, and really helped to bring things alive. There was many activities throughout the day, which were entertaining even if you were only watching the activities. They really went out of their way to involve everyone, especially Peter; I noticed he said good morning/hello to everyone in their language (he just seemed to know where people were from - there was a mix of british, german, russian and other eastern europeans) and tried to get people involved in activites without being too pushy. All staff seemed to look out for the guests, which was really nice. I dont have any children myself but seeing the children running round I would be more than happy to bring children to this resort. Within the hotel itself it is extremely safe and all the entertainers look out for and play with the children. I left the hotel less than 24 hours ago and I'm already planning my next trip :D

Fantastic Holiday

From the beginning of the holiday to the end it was the best holiday. I went in a group of 9 all of which was family and everyone I went with enjoyed it as much as me. The entertainment staff and activities went on from 10am till 11.30pm with different activities to suit everyone, which we all took part in. There are opportunities to join in the evening sketch shows with the staff so if you join in one activity the staff remember your name and you end up taking part in everything as they don't take "no" for an answer. The weather was scorching for the 2 weeks we were there which helped as we were all heavy sun bathers. I have already recommended this holiday destination and would definitely return if the same entertainment staff were guaranteed to be there. Each of the family members which owned the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Awesome holiday!Weather fantastic, hotel staff lovely,food good and the Animation team - wonderful (especially Ania, Peter,Magda and Agnes). Hotel was very crowded by the second week so I'd probably go a week earlier next time, but would certainly love to go back (I need to win more bingo carpet!!)

First impressions where great, lovely hotel, basic rooms and great people. But to be honest we went when it was not busy but the weather was boiling (I came home with 3rd degree burns on my feet so warning plenty of sun cream needed) the animation team rocked very friendly and helpful. Will be going back again very soon. Food well depending on your taste, as for me to much meat and spent most time eating out even though all inclusive. But overall itÂ’s a must place to go.
