What a DUMP !!!

Avoid this hotel if at all possible, if you book All inclusive, drinks stop at 2130 and then go on sale at inflated prices (2 euro a half pint beer)the drinks are 'thinned down' during the day, and the management tell the staff to limit service to certain people like big familys, one lady was told her children eat too much !! a lady broke her foot after falling on the slippery steps and got no help or sympathy from staff, she asked for a wheelchair for some mobility, and was told there was none and it was not his problem! some guests found that there was a wheelchair in the basement while storing luggage, tried to get it to the girl and hotel owner and manager went wild, shouting and screaming that it was not the guests responsibility to help her, and as a crowd of unhappy guests gathered he changed his mind and let the lady use it to get to her room, then he took it back, his excuse was that there was Too many accidents at hotel and he could not help everyone?? that is the......
