Amazing staff, and great FooD

I went to Corfu in may with my family, we didn't stay in the hotel mimosa but we was in there playing bingo and singing on the karaoke every other night, we even had our meals there on the odd accessions. The mimosa staff are amazing and well mannered. Me and my family had the most amazing time with them, they had a laugh and a joke with us all the time, and there was never any trouble. I would recommend the hotel to everyone; it is bang opposite the beach so in the day you can have a romantic stroll or a sunbath. If you go in May there are hardly any mosquitoes around so me and my family were very happy. We loved the place that much that all my family was sad to leave on the last day. We are going to stay in the hotel next year and we can't wait!!

We went there as a last minute thing. I took the kids, 12 and 4, and thought it would be great fun but I was wrong. The room was like balamory, it was painted green, red and yellow. It was clean though at night we got bitten by so many mosquitoes but I'm not surprised because at the back of our balcony was waste ground, and it wasn't a pleasant smell. There were 2 pools, but just pools, just rectangle pools, it was boring for the kids so we went to the beach across the road. The beach is nice except from the wild cats and dogs and the bog next to the beach (sewage from the hotels). The dogs were begging for the kid's lunch and 1 tried to bite me. There was nothing to do in the town in the day and night and we had to travel out of Corfu for trips. The night time was just as bad, I think the hotel we stayed in was the only hotel that had entertainment on it was packed and you were lucky to get a seat because people from other hotels came. Sidari its self is just one street with about 4 hotels and is very basic. The food: breakfast was great. You could have a fry-up, cereal, toast whatever you wanted. Lunch we just had on the beach. Dinner: the adults food was nice but the kids food was very basic it was something with chips every night: fish and chips, chicken nuggets and chips, and it was boring overall. It's a holiday if you really just want to relax and not a holiday to have fun, and I wouldn't recommend it

Eating out can be cheaper that self catering We used to buy a Gyros for EU 2 each for lunch. This was cheaper than buying bread, ham and cheese to make a sandwich. We also found that family run restaurants can offer you a super meal for 2 for under EU 20 (including 2 beers each).

Paradise Apartments You can eat here as well as sleep! Best of both worlds, right on the edge of all the fun without to noise.Very helpful staff, good breakfasts and snacks,. great pool, enjoy!
