Needs upgrade
Booked on last minute, twin room with extra bed for our 13 yr old son. We arrived in the early hours and were greeted by rude staff in reception. The room had only 2 beds,the male member of staff took over an hour to bring fold up bed(only after my husband complained at rec) which was left for us to put up. Rooms in desperate need of upgrade, our shower cradle was broken so had to hold yourself, but were cleaned and fresh bedding and towels daily. The food was better than we expected, tasty and plentiful if luke warm. The pool, we noticed towards the end of our 1 week stay needed a cleaning - the water becoming cloudy. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay but glad we didn't book 2 weeks and won't be going back.

Best holiday ever
I read all the reviews of this hotel and was worried I’d cooked the worst holiday of my life but I’m glad I went as it was an excellent holiday. The staff we're fantastic and worked hard to make our stay one to remember and now some of them have become friends that we keep in touch with. I took my child on her 1st holiday and she cried when we had to leave as she enjoyed it so much. All I can say is I‘ll be visiting again next year!

Fantastic
This was the first time I’d been to Messonghi Beach the hotel was spotless, food was great & the staff were very friendly, plenty to do during the day & the entertainment of the night was excellent, best holiday ever I want to go back!!!!!!

Fantstic staff friendly
I am 18 and I have been going to this hotel since I was a kid we know all the hotel staff they are like family 2 me they are so warm and friendly the rooms are basic but clean and I really enjoy the nightly entertainment and as a child we had very happy memories and I will continue going to Hotel Messonghi beach......all in all I have had fantastic holidays and continue to have holidays just as good.

Great food, friendly staff
After reading the reviews before visiting messonghi beach I was considering cancelling our holiday.Thankfully we were pleasently surprised apart from the weather for the first 3 days like a monsoon floods everywhere not the best time to go at the end of season,but when the sun did come out it was beautiful.Accomodation was very basic but it is Greece after all,rooms were kept very clean beds made every day and clean towels beds very uncomfortable though. we payed full price for our holiday would get a late booking next time.Corfu isnt cheap we spent alot of money in one week.Went to Corfu Town very beautiful and went on the glass bottom boat trip DONT BOTHER all we saw was a few black fish and one crayfish what a dissapointment.Aqualand is a must great fun!!we took our 2 children with us their first time abroad when it rained there was nothing for them to do my youngest was too young for the mini club and my eldest who is 5 wouldnt stay it is more geered for the french and germans so w...Read more
