We found the hotel, location and food to be very good but do not go to this hotel in september if you are afraid of wasps, they were everywhere particularly around the poolside restaurant and lagoon pool holiday was spoilt by wasps!!

The hotel was excellent the staff & services also. The food was some of the best I have ever tasted and plenty of it. They say they are all inclusive and they are. (Remember to ask for the list of drinks you can order from the bar). We went with our children & grandchildren and their was plenty to do for everybody. A nice resort with lots of cafs & bars (can be a bit expensive)Ask for a kettle for your room its free for your stay, also you can get towels (you just pay a deposit which you get back). The only thing I would comment on and others have before is that the beds in the rooms are not very comfortable, but the rooms are very clean and linen changed everyday. When booking I would request that you want to stay in the new part and check air con they don't have it all the rooms. I would def go back again.

What a fantastic setting this hotel has, very large grounds which lead right down to the sea and small beaches, where there activities to hand. The restaraunt was fab the food was the best I have ever had on holiday and they were still bringing dishes out as the serving time was finishing.
The only problem we had was the air conditioning. When you switched the extractor on in the bathroom it tripped the supply which needed an engineer to come and reset it on the main board in the passage on our floor. This happened each time we were getting ready for our evening meal time.
When we both arrived and departed a porter would take your baggage on a trolley up and down the long hilly path to and from the main building to the rooms which were both in blocks and bungalow's scattered around the grounds. Overall a first rate restfull holiday.

We stayed half-board in one of the bungalows on the lawn leading down to the beach. It was comfortable, spacious and the air conditioning worked fine. Don't go in the last 2 weeks in August as this is when the Italians descend and it's madness. Lovely new pool complex, FANTASTIC food (best we've ever had abroad). Superb full-english, continental self-service breakfasts, extensive self-service evening buffet.

Tip 1: the air-con goes off when you remove your key and leave the room so to keep the room cool, remove the magnetic fob, leave it in the switch and just take the key with you! ;)
Tip 2: Allow 3 hours for evening dinner as there are so many courses to be had! Arrive by 7pm and take a balcony table over-looking the bay - much quieter and more beautiful than the dining room.
Tip 3: Steer clear of the in-house Chinese' restaurant. It's......

I have been staying in this hotel 6 years now and each stay has been great .... but this time their had been over 100 new rooms built so this means 100 more families and the pool area and dining area is far too crowded, al the staff are great but the security guard is extremely rude!! I will not be returning to this hotel again!
