The rooms not cleaned every day. The water in swimming pools not heated and no Jacuzzi.
We had all inclusive with drinks, but all alcohols and drinks were not original- local cheap stuff, even soda (fake Coca Cola).
Internet 5 Euro per hour- most hotels has free.
I left some stuff in room and when called few days later, they said that housekeeping did not find it.

We went to Gelina Village and paid a good price. Overbooking is the key word in this complex. It could be a terrific hotel if run well. The staff tries to please the unsatisfied customers, but what's the use? The manager is so incompetent and the travel agents do not bother either. As long as they get their pay check, they're happy. You can state that 75% of the travellers are overbooked. The ones that complain the most, get helped first.
Many streetdogs live around the complex and beg at the tables for food.
Mosquitos are another problem. Count on 30 bites a day!!! And believe me, you do not leave your room after dusk, because they will eat you alive!
Too bad, we lost our money and got a stay in return that was not satisfying at all. Do not go there, unless you are not used much and you don't expect much. Or if you book the cheapest room, then you won't be disappointed.
