It could be a great place to stay, since the environment is beautiful, and the hotel is in adequate condition, apart from a few things mentioned bellow. The worth thing that I’ve faced was that nobody was responsible for anything, and this way nobody made any effort to handle the complaints. - The elevator was malfunctioning and so there was accident risk. People stuck in it several times, and also its door didn’t stop even if you (or your baby) was in it’s way. - There were risks of accident on the playground and in the play-room, besides it was even stinky, fustiness. I’ve made several pictures, if one’s interested I can send it for her/him. - We were with a one year old boy, so hygiene would have been important for us. They did not clean the feeding chair, the swimming pools, etc. while we were there (10 days) even so that we asked them many times. Ants had breakfast from my boy’s table, and you could get familiar with the left over food on the bottom of the swimming pool day after day. It might sounds funny, but after three guest got inflammation of ear, and got their holiday spoilt. We could forget the swimming pools, since we didn’t dare to let our boy to get in it. - Rush for the food was amazing. We paid for all inclusive service, so the meals, the local drinks, and some services were included. The first couple of days people were patient, slowly roamed to the restaurant, got some food on their plates, and got back to the trays later for extra food if they liked it. On the second day at lunch, and at supper they run out of the main dish, so from the next time the guests started to rush for the food, as soon as the restaurant doors were opened. It was a little disappointing, that in case you were not fast enough, or you got back to the hotel later than the starting time of the meals, you could get only cold left over. It’s strange. We complained about other things as well, but non of our complaints were treated. I wonder how the travel agency got ISO certification. I also have to tell that most of the staff were very kind and helpful, so there must be something wrong with the management. They don’t allocate enough resources, man power to keep this hotel running on an adequate quality.
