Amazing view from roof and great service.

We found the hotel very good,friendly and centrally located.Our room faced onto the roundabout so was a little noisy but it was clean,roomy and provided everything we needed. THe view from the roof was amazing and the pool an asset in the heat!The staff were helpful.

Bad Staff, Bad Room, Bad Smells

The staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was semi-clean, but the odors and view were awful. I would not stay here again, even if the room was free. The hotel is located in an undesirable part of town, that even the locals didn't recommend. When I requested a new room, I was informed by an exceedingly rude staff member that all rooms were the same and if I wanted to cancel my reservation or make a change to contact my travel agent and not him. The only thing that made this stay a little better was that when you wanted to leave the hotel, the Metro was extremely close.

Rude Manager

We booked through lastminute.com a day before arriving. Although the staff and the hotel itself were up to the usual standard for the money, the booking could not be found on their system.
We were checked in, but in the morning when we checked out the manager dragged us into his office and repeatedly asked us to pay, despite our having paid already via lastminute. He wouldn't lift a finger to help, which left us running around to prove that we had the booking. Having eventually done so, he didn't apologise, or even acknowledge the unessesarry stress. I found his attitute disgraceful, and this ruined our stay at the hotel.

Every thing about this hotel was perfect

I spent an enjoyable 10 days at this hotel. Clean rooms, location to subway and everywhere, good food in bars and restaurant, staff friendly and accommodating - service A+.
