This hotel was very very disappointing. The lobby is very large and nice, as well as the penthouse. After that the hotel was the worst we have ever stayed in. Not at all a 5 star, the rooms were as basic as possible. Terrible AC and a broken window. WE switched rooms twice because of this. The staff was very rude, especially at the downstairs bar. The bartender forced us to pay for drinks we did not order and after complaining to his superior we were told that the bartender was correct and if we didn't like it we should leave. This behavior isn't excepted anywhere else we have stayed including hotels in the EU Canada and the US. The restaurant is overpriced, as well as the internet use. Do not stay here if you want to have a good trip.

24 hours a day the place is extremely loud. Also found staff unfriendly, the floor of the rooms was hoovered and never cleaned. Room interior is nothing more than just basic. TV has only half of the offered programs - and they are in bad quality. The windows would not close totally - all the noise was inside. Only the pool club is crowned with an incredible view over the whole city with one cup of coffee 3,20 euro - worth the view.

Was very disappointed with this hotel. It wasn't cheap by any means and was pretty poor overall. Reception staff were fairly indifferent, the bar didn't stock anything it said it did, the food was just ok and the room was pretty basic.
By the way, the advertised mini bar was just an empty fridge which if you decided to put anything of your own in it, there was a charge for using it.
I won't bother staying here again. Athens is fab though, and well worth a visit.
