underground getting around on the the underground is as good as London and Hong Kong; better (newer) than New York's subway

Watch out If your a female, young and with a small group (3 or less) watch out for the men on the street. They are extremely 'grabby' and I was being touched a lot as i was walking. Make sure you stick together as the streets are quite hard to navigate your way around. Be wary of the 'homeless' people on the side of the road, we were chased and yelled at by a couple. Make sure your valubles are in constant view or in your hand, athens isn't exactly what i would call safe.
