Arrived at hotel with three other ladies traveling alone to find the room was given away an hour before we were due. No efforts were made to help us find another hotel. Very rude.

Room was unavailable upon our arrival even though we stated we would be there at 3:00 PM. We arrived at 2:15 PM. Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful.

We had a change in our travel plans and called the hotel the day before to see if room were available. They told us they would hold 2 rooms until 3:00. When we arrived after a long day of travel from Crete at 2:15 they claimed they had no rooms. Staff was rude and not helpful or concerned that we had no place to stay. I highly recommend seeking other hotels!!
