stayed at hotel athinaikon for 5 days. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help.. location was excellent within walking distance of everything you need to see in Athens. The rooms were clean, spacious and housekeeping staff was excellent also. All in all great value for money do not overlook this hostel when staying in athens. you must make it your 1st choice!!!

The price was very good for what you get.
Wifi works well,clean rooms.
Good location close to the archeological sites. The cafes, restaurants,bars are close by also.

It must of been renovated recently,new bathrooms and also new room equipment.
It is central,close to the sightseeing places and the restaurant - nightlife zones

We booked for 1 night and stayed 3 more
It was clean, cheap, nice rooms, and at a central location. It even had WIFI and it was for free. We sure recommend it.

The central location to public transport, shopping and eateries. The hotel is in close proximity to Monastiraki flea markets, Plaka area for great dining and Psiri wonderful for bars and music. The staff in the hotel were extremely helpful. Room was very clean. Good value for money.
