Rooms are very plain. Mattresses are of pour quality and caused much back pain. Not a Hotel to recommend.

Top Local Tips for Athens

Taxis Better to radio for a taxi as 99.9% of taxis will rip you off and it doesn't help if you are Greek...they will still do it. Also, they won't take you if they don't feel like it! Nightmare!

Greek taxis Please wherever possible book a radio taxi. Taxis unfortunately do tend to take advantage of tourists...even if you are of greek desend. Very very frustrating and disappointing.

Metro Take the metro. It's great!
