Radio Taxi Bus is very easy to use from most towns to beaches or other towns on Aegina instead of taxi. There is a kiosk by the main stops. As in most parts of Greece my suggestion is to have the owner call a radio taxi (about 1 E more) for you or there is a taxi stand-unless you speak fluent Greek for the negotiating process required to get to destination. Taxi stand in Aegina harbor is very convenient. If none are there, one or more will show up in a short while. No real need to rent a car on the island unless it is part of the adventure. Difficult parking in the towns at night and in Aegina Harbor, motor traffic is forbidden after 9:00 P in the summer. (Great idea!)
