Getting around Aegina Taxis are fairly cheap on the island, and come very promptly after ordering. However, I can recommend hiring a quad bike (or scooter) from Aegina port and seeing the island that way. Prices vary so shop around. Our hire shop said that helmets were optional, but on another night the police were fining people for not wearing them - so take on in case and enjoy the wonderful views!
