Modern, clean and reasonable

The hotel is modern, clean and reasonable priced. Location is good to train station. the staff goes out of their way to please you and remembers me from coming back year after year. this gives a sense of coming home again. I stay for the BiDFach convention at the Messe each year at this hotel. I tried to book for next year and could not get in. as a Starwood member it would be nice if we could get a block of three or four rooms for next year made available to us. high speed internet access was not always easy to set up. it would also be nice to have more true king size beds (rather than two pushed together). also it would be nice to eliminate smoking in the restaurant and bar. the bar gets way too smokey at times.
