Great Location & air conditioned!
Much upgraded since it was the old Arosa but still the best bargain location in the centre of town, just steps from the Frauenkirche and shopping. I am already booked for my July 05 trip. I can even keep my bike in the underground garage. It's on a quiet street, too, with einem gutbuergerlichen Restaurant in the front of the same building.
