This facility is not reprented on the internet correctly. The pictures are not how the place is-very dirty, smells, holes in wall, curtains not hung up on rods, basement rooms and a fire hazard as there is not a fire escape, the one door that could be used for safety was blocked by debris, toilet and sink parts. The bathroom and shower were one, as in you could sit on the commode and turn the shower on. The Service Desk was not friendly or helpful. Other travelers that had booked on the internet were very disappointed. some in tears, some angry,some in SHOCK-when booking on the internet the hotel stated that they could not refund any money and that the internet site that booked the hotel would have to be contacted. I would not recommend this hotel for my dog to stay.
