My wife and I recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel Koenig Ludwig in Munich. We experienced some very unprofessional staff members during our stay. We were awakened at appx. 4 a.m. by a loud and constant vibrating sound and vibrating wall. I at first tried to wait it out, but it continued. I contacted the front desk, and their report was that they came up to our floor but heard nothing. I invited the man on duty into our room at appx. 4:30 a.m. He did indeed respond by saying that it was the boiler, and made mention to contact the desk in a.m. Upon doing so, we were verbally attacked by the person on duty. She was very, very rude. It was very displeasing and has "left a bad taste in my mouth."
I just think when you, Best Western, put your good name behind a hotel, that you too shall be responsive, and responsible.
