Booked and paid for two rooms for two nights in advance via the internet.
Arrived with a copy of my emailed reservation confirmation. Even though their computer showed just one room reserved the night clerk did give me my second room. Mighty nice of him considering they were empty and I did have my reservation confirmation.
Moved our bags to a tiny room (even by European standards), then went downstairs to relax in the bar with my business associates. Not one drink into our conversation the Manager interrupted my meeting by announcing there was a problem with our reservation. I told him I didn't want to be disturbed and I would see him after we left the bar. He then insisted! My first thought was my credit card must have bounced. Then I remembered I prepaid my reservation, not what usually is done, but that’s what this web-site did. Nonetheless the Manager said I only had one room reserved and would have to give up the other.
