I was not impressed that this 4 star hotel had no air conditioning and when this was brought up with the desk clerk there were no suggestions made that a fan could be available. I only discovered this upon my departure one week later. To make matters worse at check out time, the clerk insisted I had helped myself to a juice from the bar fridge, which of course I had not touched. I was also charged for the small glass of juice I had at breakfast each morning, which was supposedly free of charge (buffet included in charge), but someone was obviously taking notes as to who was having juice each morning! I travelled with 3 other colleagues, 2 of us were charged for this juice and the other two were not, though we all had it for breakfast! Not much of a selection for food if you are a vegetatarian, unless you want to eat salad each evening! Other than that I was not at the hotel, as I left at 8:00 and returned around 8:00 in the evening.
