Steigenberger surprise
Without knowing the number of Steigenberger hotel's in Frankfurt, I made the reservation for the downtown location. What a surprise to have arrived at a very basic and unluxurious hotel, rather than the beautiful Steigenberger in downtown Frankfurt. This came as a complete and total disappointment. The photo of the hotel, as listed with the online booking agent, depicted the upscale location. Buyer beware!

Staying in complete comfort in Frankfurt
Hotel Steigenburger in Frankfurt provided a very comfortable stay with all the best facilities. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the lavish circular tile shower with an extra large showerhead made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
