More than its' value
I travel to Frankfurt approximately 4-6 times a year.
Novotel Frankfurt City West is always my first choice for the following reasons:
Perfect location, Quiet neighborhood, reasonable rates, comfortable rooms, efficient staff, free parking, and great breakfast. Do I need to say more?
To conclude - there are much more luxurious hotels but the Novotel Frankfurt City West gives you much more than its' value.

Luxurious and not quiet
Our stay at Novotal Frankfurt West was most enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean and functional, the staff was friendly and courteous, the service was excellent, and food and ambience were fine. Only exception was loud music in the lounge, which we mentioned to the management.
