We only had one night here but staff went out of their way to be courteous and helpful. Hotel had a real family feel, even greeting us by name as we passed through foyer. Extremely convenient to railway station with staff willing to explain fully directions for catching the train, ticketing etc. Everything spotlessly clean, good lifts, good breakfast included in price. Extremely good value for the price. Some street noise but didn't bother us at night. Would definitely stay there again.

Top Local Tips for Frankfurt
Public transport a little hard I've been to NYC, Paris, Boston, London, etc. and had no problems navigating the public transportation. For some reason Frankfurt wasn't very easy for me. When I tried to get the information people to explain things to me, they weren't very patent, the best thing to do is just tell them were you are going and they will tell you which to take etc. Also, beware the Frankfurt Card in the Airports. It will get you most places inside the city, but it is NOT an all zone card you can usually find in other cities.
