We only had one night here but staff went out of their way to be courteous and helpful. Hotel had a real family feel, even greeting us by name as we passed through foyer. Extremely convenient to railway station with staff willing to explain fully directions for catching the train, ticketing etc. Everything spotlessly clean, good lifts, good breakfast included in price. Extremely good value for the price. Some street noise but didn't bother us at night. Would definitely stay there again.
