Sooooo happy with this hotel

I was sooooo happy with this hotel - I am always anxious before arriving at a hotel - you just never know what you are going to get - website photos can always be misleading. The hotel is bright and well decorated - it is only a short stroll from the main train station and the Ryanair bus stop. We had a very spacious room but I would have liked a bath as well as a shower and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast offered great choice but was a little expensive at Eur8.50 each. The main shopping area Ko and Karlstaadt we a little walk away but a lot of window shopping could be done along the way. On both of the nights that we stayed with ate in a fantastic Mexican restaurant call Bandidio - it was fairly near our hotel. All in all I would stay at Hotel Friends and would recommend a friend.

Very nice little hotel Great Value for the money. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. A good walk to centre but close to station etc. Would stay again. Dec 2004
