The hotel is modern and reasonably well equipped. Occasionally there is confusion at the reception depending on the door which is in use. This in turn is dependent on the part of the hotel in which the guest is staying. AS this is the first experience on arrival, tired, with luggage which may be heavy, it does not generate a great sense of welcome. It is also worth noting that the satellite TV channel is not operated by the hotel. Therefore, any disputes are side stepped and it is left to the customer to resolve with the satellite provider. This appears to the consumer as abdication of responsibilities. The hotel offers reasonable value for money, and is ideally situated for the city centre. Each time I have stayed, the room has been clean and quiet.
