Radio Tower restaurant Make sure you go up and have something to eat in the revolving restaurant. Not expensive!
Special 72 hour travel pass. This was very convenient, we were able to travel around the city without having to worry about buying / requesting tickets, or taking the wrong route! There was also a book of vouchers issued with the pass, which did prove useful. BE SURE TO PRINT OFF THE VOUCHER once you have booked and paid for it online AND TAKE IT WITH YOU as you have present it to recieve your pass. The pass costs £15 per person.
Public transport combination ticket 1) Get a daily go-anywhere ticket for all public transport, bus, tram, train, U-Bahn; you can get these in advance - several of them, one for each day and only stamp one each day as you want; there is a little office in front of Zoo station among many others; 2) don't bother with the dearer ticket that gets you reduced admission to museums; this is not what it seems, and many of the reductions were only reductions on extra visits that we didn't want to do. We wasted some money the first time we made this mistake (and had an embarrassing argument with the admission clerk at Charlottenburg when we inissted on what we thougth was oput entitlement).
