Disorganised and not really clean

Although we had specifically booked a non smoking room we got a very smelly room in which you could hardly move because it was so tiny. Due to their zen policy of fixing problems within 15 minutes, we then got a much bigger room that was not smelly. However, the bathroom was far from clean, we had to pick up toilet paper (there was none) and hairdryer (the one in the bathroom was broken) at the reception desk. The reception staff was neither friendly nor helpful. Despite a confirmation for three nights, they claimed that we had only booked for one nights and it was sheer luck that there was still a room available for the other two nights. Wifi access was not working (they gave us out-of-date access keys). Overall, a hotel I would never visit again.

This hotel is a must for those who are looking to spend a few comfortable nights at a really good price, as their weekend rates are unbeatable given the amenities provided. A short RER ride away from Paris, this hotel provided us with a spotless room and bathroom, a phone, a TV, and internet access (for a fee), all for 59 Euros a night. The staff was cordial and helpful. We would definitely return!

Versailles Palace Overrated Don't make a special trip to see the palace. After seeing so many of the French Chateau and other magnificent sights, this one did not live up to the fanfare. If your in Paris and have some extra time a train visit to Versailles and the palace could kill 4-5 hours. If your driving, Versailles is not worth an overnight visit.
