| Excellent value and service |

We wish to thank you for your excellent hospitality during our stay at Le Volney. We were made to feel welcome and our room was clean and comfortable. After a long day's journey, it was a pleasure to be greeted by a happy smiling face who speaks English very impressively.
Hopefully we'll get through Saumar again in the future and we will stay with you again.

| An Oasis of Service and Smiles in Stuffy Chamonix |

We spent 2 weeks in Chamonix and can say without hesitation that the service and hospitality we received from Christoph, Paulette and the rest of the El Paso staff were light years beyond our experiences at any other establishment in the valley. From the warm welcome, to the clean, comfortable room, to the way they went well beyond the call of duty to accommodate our needs and make us comfortable... everything about this little hotel made us feel more like family friends than tourists passing through. The location is great, the restaurant downstairs has some of the best food in Chamonix and all of this for an extremely reasonable price. There are plenty of places in Cham with higher end linens but I wouldn't stay anywhere else, even if I had a bigger budget next time. |
